When is my next appointment?
We talk with all participants once a month. These appointments may take place in person or on the phone. We e-mail everyone with their appointment information, so if you can't remember your appointment date or time, look for an e-mail from us. What should I do if I missed an appointment?
We understand that sometimes things come up and you may miss an appointment. Please contact us as soon as you can to reschedule.
What should I do if I lost my phone?
Oh no! Please let us know right away if you lose your phone. We can set-up a time to help you re-install Beiwe on your new phone, so that you can continue participating in the study.
What should I do if I have trouble with Beiwe or with my monthly surveys?

How will I receive my compensation?
All payments for your monthly calls, surveys, and Beiwe compliance will be delivered to the ClinCard debit card you were given at your baseline appointment. Payments will be available within 48 hours of completing all parts (survey and interview) of the monthly follow-up appointment. The payment schedule is:
Baseline appointment (participant) - $60
Baseline appointment (caregiver) - $40
Monthly phone interview/survey (participant) - $10
Monthly compliance bonus - $0.50/day that data are uploaded, up to $15.50 per month for perfect compliance
Monthly phone interview/survey (caregiver) - $10
Termination appointment (participant) - $100
Termination appointment (caregiver) - $40
